XLR8 Realty was different than other brokerages and used innovative marketing, offered a customized approach that best suits our wants and needs as a seller. XLR8 Realty provided a pre-list home inspection so we were confident going to market, a CMA with a detailed understanding of the market, our house value, and how we compared to the competition in the market, professional photography, cinematography, attractive road signage, and lots of online advertising and content-based marketing. Chris helped us prepare some renovations, helped us move and store possessions, and helped to stage our home, worked open houses, brought in buyers to show the home. It took a little longer to sell than we all expected but Chris put in extra time and worked very hard for us.
